Something No One Noticed: Hannity Called For Violent Overthrow
Except Daily Kos. At the end of last February, Sean Hannity ran a poll on his website asking his audience: What kind of revolution appeals most to you?
These were the choices(all of which are types of armed rebellion, but for some reason that's a separate choice) and the rather disturbing results:
-- Military Coup 16.67%
-- Armed Rebellion 44.4%
-- War for Secession 38.89%
No doubt they don't want a military coup because of the right-wing belief that the military is part of the conspiracy against them(not helped by fuckups like the ATF at Ruby Ridge). But they do like themselves some rebellion and secession. They want this. As a former Southerner, I can tell you: they've kept that thought quite warm all this time. And Michelle Bachmann already made noises like this as well.
What this means? The right wing is only debating the manner
in which they want to overthrow the United States.
Notice, the choice of a peaceful resistance isn't there. Hannity is trying to incite this, to whip up this sentiment. The writer of the post rightly points out this is treason.
This is what the amping up of the rhetoric is about, and the increase in blatant violence. Building an army. And anyone who is not paying attention and on guard against these people is an idiot. Something very big and bad, I feel, is being planned, and I am willing to bet it will occur this summer.
It is only our ignorance of history that makes us blind to this.
